At True Sign Publishing House we strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Physical Books
- Eligibility for Return: You may return physical books within [10 days] of receipt if they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at: support@truesign.in, Call at +91 9340014844 for instructions. You will need your order number and proof of purchase.
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Digital Products
- E-books and Audiobooks: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books and audiobooks are final. We do not offer refunds once the purchase has been completed and the product has been downloaded or accessed.
- Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased digital product, please contact us within 3 working days for assistance.
4. Subscription Services
For any subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, charges are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun.
